I did some back testing this morning and found some interesting results.

Starting with the oldest draw, enter 4 draws, oldest to newest. Click on Git em' and you'll have your first set of numbers. In the 16 boxes, look in the right lower corner. One pair for the next Pick 4 is usually in that box. I've back tested Ohio and Missouri, and the results are surprisingly consistent.
