just an idea using tier to count down the combo's

1. use deflator pick 3

2. copy and paste 72 combo's for your states

3. use last draw as key number's or just leave the numbers (72 combo's for tier count down)

4. use your intuition/feelings to select a good tier or run the count down

note: you can win every day just 43.2% expected occurence per month
