As an added note:

I use this pairing concept in GA with fairly good results.

This is an example method below on how, same one as above:

Step 1: On paper, write down the eve draw number.

Step 2: On the last 2 digits in the order they fell, do a plus or minus 1, just as you see below.

Step 3: Now generate your pairs.

Thu, Nov 2, 2006 0-6-4 4-7-8

Wed, Nov 1, 2006 6-2-9 8-5-9 Pairs: 04,05,06,08,09,45,46,48,49,56,58,59,68,69,8... [ More ]

pcnut's Pairing Concept, for Illinois / Iowa

Now I'm going to let the cat out of the bag a bit more concerning

pcnut's 3,8,9 Concept. This method can be used in other states if

the last 2 digits of an evening draw remains somewhat consistent (plus or minus 1)

to fall in the following day drawings. After I reveal this other method,

that works with the 3,8,9 Concept filtering wise or all 10 combinations per pair created,
