No winnings but a true lottery winner..

Well after years of hard work i haven't won the lottery yet, but I think i found the solution to World poverty which is better than winning any lottery...I am so excited about it...I thought of the idea a week ago...And is not thanks to me but thanks to someone's invention..I can not disclose what it is because it remains one of pumpi's Classified Material: )....Is only a Theory...Unfortunately i will not be able to put it in practice or disclose the content of it until 2 years from now
