If you have contracted some adware, spyware or virus and you do not rid yourself of it and ensure your system is clean, it won&#x27;t matter how many new applications from everyone and anyone you load they will eventually meet the same fate as EXCEL or worse, probably blue screen will be next. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Man!  You just do not loose a CAB file out of the blue.  I got to believe a virus has hit her system.  Of course without seeing what is happening it is really hard to guess.  However, I have been out the trouble shooting business for a while but if I had the guts I would have her subscribe to GO TO MY PC for just a month and look at her system then one could really know what gives. I was like  forget this  and went back to 6.0 - NOT.  And this is the second try for Microsoft for this browser.  It was worst than that. Go thru a FULL and complete update of the IE7.<br /><br />IE7 is so full of bugs and holes, it&#x27;s a shame Microsoft released it.<br /><br />A coworker recently  updated  his Internet Explorer to IE7 and it bombed his system. It took several attempts and reboots to force it reinstall. If you have a CD in your computer which you said you did an easy way to back-up your files is just to drag and drop them to a writable CD if you are so equipped. It sounds to me like you are suffering from a storage or memory overload.  Also if you try to re-install EXCEL or any office application and the SKU already installed does not match the CD you are trying to install it from, it just will not install.<br /><br />Now I am assuming you are using XP-PRO as an operating system. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottoloot do a system restore point before you fool with your registry.  It&#x27;s easy and only takes a few minutes.  You can aways go to a restore point, like if it was working yesterday. You choose the date from a calendar. That&#x27;s if you have it turned on and should be.  Go to start -help and support - and search for restore point.<br /><br />If you must make changes to your registry make sure you Save your registry first, in case you need to go back and get it.</p>]]></description>
