			<description><![CDATA[<p>The tickets seem to be very slow to sell. A lot of people here still have no clue what it is. And some retailers still don&#x27;t know how to sell them on their computers. Seems like once again people have lost interest in the Delaware Lottery as a whole. There is, however, no shortage of Powerball tickets being sold.</p>]]></description>
