The average rate of reoccurrence shows why it's not a wise choice to bet on the combination {01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06}. Yes, I'm fully aware the every combination has an equal probability of being drawn as a whole. However, there are sub numbers, combinations, and probabilities within the whole combination that determine the outcome of a combination.
