			<description><![CDATA[<p>pcnut<br /><br />You do a great job! I understand what you mean...the digit that falls out the most is the ones that you want to use, obviously. These fall within the prescribed averages. I was just trying to understand what parameters you were using to find specifically the 3, the 6   the 8. I have noticed in the program I use that the 3 is at or near the top in just about every state around. Even though most of these numbers are equally distributed, the 3 seems to always hang around.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi cps10,<br /><br />I use a method for digit tracking. I take it back 3 years and use the over all top three hitters on a day to day showing. It does not matter what position the the digit falls, its only important that it falls. The Concepts that I post is the end product.
