No I definetly wasn't recommending buying all of them. I was just pointing out the fact that for that specific draw you could of bought yourself a win...and that doesn't happen that much in the lottery world.

New Jersey had or is currently having a Pick 4 promo. If the colored ball comes up they double the prizes for the night. Double the prizes. That means they give out 100% of whatever they take in for the day. That is just amazing!
