			<description><![CDATA[<p>Did you?<br /><br />As far as anybody knows, it was LottoScorpio, if he wasn&#x27;t, then he might be the only one who knows who did.<br /><br />He has always said that the VTRACs are his and nobody seems to know of anybody who used them before he did.<br /><br />His claim goes back many years, I don&#x27;t know how many.<br /><br />At least back to 2002 I can&#x27;t find any records before that year.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Don&#x27;t forget to read the last post.<br /><br />The VTRAC filters should be able to filter out some or many VTRACs and whatever VTRACs are left, convert them back to regular pick 3 numbers and then filter them out also but with regular pick 3 filters, that will be 2 stages of filtration.<br /><br />But I still have to show a few more VTRAC filters later as I can do that.</p>]]></description>
