Rojo1, the tiers in the deflate indicate how much a combo is repeated in your group of numbers. The higher the tier the more times a combo is repeated. How you use that info would depend on the source of the numbers you are deflating.

For example deflating past draws will show you which combos have come in the most often. Not necessarily a good choice to play top tier combos.
