I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your Aunt. I also had an Aunt pass away this week. She was 94 years old.

She was a fun loving person who loved to travel and could out walk anyone close to her age.

She had a stroke and under went brain surgery to control a bleed. She lived about a month after the surgey.

She greeted me one day as I entered her room by saying, Janie, I just got back from playing my number, 520. She repeated this several times, and I have been playing it every sin... [ More ]

I am sorry for your loss, my father also passed from lung cancer about 2

years ago. The cancer really eats you up and it seems the radiation treatment

makes things worse. Sometimes it is better that they pass on rather than

continue to suffer. May peace be with you and your family

My Aunt Rosie died yesterday of lung cancer.

Rosie Smith, youngest of twelve brothers and sisters and daughter of Italian immigrants died of lung cancer just under two weeks after being diagnosed.

Aunt Rosie wasn't a smoker, but she did smoke for about 30 years up until the late 70's.

She had a vibrant personality with a love for cooking great food.

She believed in Jesus Christ as her Savior and has been sent from this world to the next.
