I have no idea why Delaware passed on Hot Lotto when it began in 2002, or later that year when Pennsylvania joined MUSL. Delaware is home to tax-free shopping. A better idea is to improve its lineup of lottery games.

1) The Delaware Lotto is RIGGED!

2) It defies ALL patterns naturally found in randomness.

I played it for a long time to come to those two conclusions.

3) Before they revised the current game, nobody had won in months. Then, the very last time the game was selected, there WAS a winner BUT there was absolutely no publicity on who it was, where the ticket was purchased, etc.

It was SO convenient that that last drawing had A winner.

Between the lottery falling on its face and Pennsylvania opening the new slots casino in Chester (and eventually Philadelphia), the state will probably have to raise taxes.

As much as I would like to see Delaware get Hot Lotto, I'm not counting on it. Delaware would actually be better replacing MWL with Mega Millions, becoming the only state to sell both PB and MM.

In Delaware, all games except Powerball are lump sum. Delaware is one of the orignal Powerball states (when it was called Lotto America).

I hope someone from DE wins a Lotto to stop the winning streak. Is this game have cash value? I think DE should join Hot Lotto and/or MM or PB soon.

It might be considered a Lemons of a game except it's all cash. Has Delaware ever SERIOUSLY considered Hot Lotto? Look what Delaware has been missing out on lately.

Any thoughts on the fact that Delaware's computerized Multi-Win Lotto (MWL) has not been won in 60 drawings? It is drawn 3 days a week, and is a PA Match 6 clone formated as a Pick 6/35 with 3 lines for combination wins, and like it's PA counterpart, costs $2. The prize starts at $50,000 and increases by $2000 per drawing when it is not won. Presently it is at an all time record of $170,000.

This is starting to look like the old Lotto's demise all over again....
