The list should include which Win/Lose for Life-type scratches have a cash option. Obviously the best Win for Life-type scratches (eg WA Lucky for Life) have a cash option.

I also think that of all the states with W4L scratch-offs, NJ is probably the best odds at winning it. I miss their $5 Lifetime Riches game ($5k/yr/life).
