I can't help but see the signs. Trip digits that show are sometimes those digit with alot of distance being out. I'm just going to quarter the 999 and 444 for a short while till I see the 9's settle back in.

As a note:

the 9 digit has only hit once in the past 25 draws and that was in a double (119 Sat, Nov 25, 2006)

I feel that this digit will come back with a vengeance....

Its mirror, digit 4 may also be a factor here...

I'm a little confused by the question does your list ever goes down?

I'm assuming you are refering the amount of combos. The 3,8,9 Concept is a set method format, 27 combos with doubles for each non-concept pick digit plays, (0,1,2,4,5,6, 7.) Each one of these pick digits cover all concept numbers 3,8,9.

AngelEyes, yeah I forgot about that other repeater, 817. Wasn't it last year that the 409 combo came in 14 times in a twelve month period? Kind of tells us not to eliminate a possible repeat in IL.
