			<description><![CDATA[<p>Can someone help me understand how to pair numbers and use the pairs when creating pick 3&#x27;s.  Given the number 929, 570, and 313.  Am I right to say 92 and 29 are a pair, would 31 and 13 be a pair or.............would 99 and 33 be the pairs out of these numbers.  Thankx for any insight.</p>]]></description>
