Give it a dry run for each state you like and stick with the ones that preform best. A history check for at least 90 or more days is advised for each favored state.

the thanks goes to u. it was ur info that makes me basically look at only 3,8,9. I'll update any other hits in the morning. I'm wondering if i c a certain state missing one of the main 3 digits if playing the #'s with the missing digit would be best.
