			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s not a download...It&#x27;s the actual programming nitty gritty that an MS Excel Spreadsheet programmer has to know to accomplish the goal. It was probably safer for him to do it that way and still get the idea across. I suspect he feels he&#x27;s not infringing on anyone this way. I have only found 1 number to hit off them so far. But thats in NC lottery and that lottery just started and is very iffy. So I will continue to keep studying it. If there was some type of pattern to our lottery I&#x27;m sure it would work.</p>]]></description>
