Dreamed of Accident?

Last night I dreamed I was walking home. I was actully in the mini van that had the wreck on the highway at first and somehow I during the dream I got out and started walking. In the dream it was as if I was trying to catch up with the van so I could get back in and suddenly the mini van driver lost control and it went off the shoulder of the road and even tumbled 2 times before it stopped moving. Then I woke up. I don't know what this means
