If I may Ricky..

It means the average of the digit 1 hitting is 4 .... and it has skipped 21 times in NY..... soooo 4/21 = 5,25 times more than the average.

See the 6,25 is for IN ..... and the digit 1 soooo 4/25 =6.25 times the average.

The digit one in IN is also out in Pos 1..52 days.. Pos. 2 58 days and Pos 3. for 25 days!!

That means one of these Straights is about to hit in IN ....real soon. No middle postion 1. has hit in 58 days.
