			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you want to download a web site for review off line you need a software program like Web Snake, it will download to itself or to a directory you have named in advance. It will setup the site structure so it will work on your computer as if on the web.  The default settings won&#x27;t be enough if the site has internal link depth, you will have to allow Web Snake to go deep.
