Looking at the last 100 drawings of Ohio RC5 I observed that 50 combinations never matched two in the previous seven drawings and 50 never matched three in the previous ninety-two drawings so I set my RNG to pick 15 lines that matched those parameters and also to not match more than one among themselves.

I posted them on the prediction board and will also be playing these them since the RC5 jackpot is $211,000 tonight.
