The Aussie games would be ideal if only they had a 3# prize. They only pay on 3+bonus or 4 and up so there is no winning feed back action to the player to encourage playing again. With most of the games being only 45 balls plus 2 bonus balls I can see why they wouldn't offer a five or ten dollar prize for three numbers, but one or two dollars reward would be nice.

You have a better chance of dying on the way to buy the ticket, have a better chance of being hit by lightning, blah blah blah. How come we never read about all these people getting laid out by bolts of lightning outside the mega-mart.

As Australia suffers through a post-Christmas financial hangover, Lotto services have pooled their money to create the biggest draw in Australia`s history $33 million.

Saturday Gold Lotto`s $33 million Mega Draw on December 30 has drawn hordes of would-be millionaires to newsagents across the country.

The employees at Peter Kennedy`s two newsagencies, which have sold eight first-division prizes between them, say they have been run off their feet in preparation for the draw.
