I got a question for you Blackapple...

When you take the root sum to get the number for your state, where do you get the number to derive what the root sum will be? Confused yet...hahahaha

Example... you said the root sum for Western Canada is 9 (hypathetically) Where does one get this from? Is it from the draw before? Does this particular root sum work for finding winners? Thanks
