I also play Massachusetts Lottery games, again by subscription. There are no residency restrictions, they send my subscription tickets by courier, they can't use the post office, to my California address. I can order or renew my subscription by phone and pay with debit or credit card. All state lotteries should have such a service.

I play the UK National Lottery by subscription. You need a UK address to play the UK Lottery. I haven't won anything big yet, but I have won several small prizes, from 10, and 15 pounds and one for 65 pounds. I like the fact that I can pay by direst debit, you do need a UK bank account to do that, and any prizes are credited back to same bank account. It is a very professionally run operation.

Since you are in the Stroudsburg corridor, here's a suggestion for you on where to go to get NY and NJ and in fell swoop. You might be familiar with it but I'll post it for the good of anyone traveling I-84 across the PA-NY line.

If you follow Route 209 (I-84 PA Exit 53 / Matamoras) north across the bridge into New York (no toll), go under the railroad bridge and make the sharp right, then turn left. Down the street on the right side you will find a place called the Erie Hotel. They sell NY L... [ More ]

I've traveled to Indiana to play PowerBall when its jackpot was $180M+ and the local MegaMillions' was less than $50M and the weather was nice for traveling. It's four lanes all the way and I enjoy the drive, buying lottery tickets is an added bonus.

I use to enjoy the drive to Michigan to get BigGame tickets when its jackpot was $80M+ and before it changed to MegaMillions to include Ohio, now I just drive to Michigan to visit relatives but I still enjoy the drive.

I live in Delaware and live very close to the borders of Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I usually play Keno and Mega Millions in MD, Cash 5 and Lucky for Life in PA, and less frequently Cash 5 and sometimes Mega Millions in NJ. I exclusively and only play Powerball in DE. Occasionally I will play the other games in those states as well except for the computerized ones. I will buy scratch-offs in all of the states, but my favorites are in NJ. NJ seems to have the best odds of winning a l... [ More ]
