I agree, Coin Toss! Programs can be reprogrammed anyway they care to manipulate them. I also believe that the Lottery Commissions scour all over the place looking for and trying out new systems that are being developed by players, and reporgram their systems whenevve they come upon something that seems to be working. Give me the good old dropping balls anyday

Another example is casino slot machines:

You already know casinos boast '97% payback', but do you know some slot machines pay almost NOTHING back ? - it's the casino as a whole that pays 97% back - not each individual game or machine.

A good example of possible tampering would be Western Canada Dec 24 number was 603

Dec 26 number was 603 what are the odds of that happening? And if my memory serves me correctly it has happened several times in the past.

I don't particular not trust electronic drawings, it's what people candwo with them to manipulate them.

It's not the electronics but the fact they can be tampered with.

I live in a state that has electronic drawing and things seemed to have really changed for the worst.
