On the home page there is a box advertising the lottery with a slash across it that says sold out, Under that there is a bar that says winners. I've tried to get on but it seems it's really busy and keeps timing out. Well, 1.25 million people are trying to access it, I guess so

It is very slow and I can not find it either. I am looking though. They might be updating the site. That is usually the case when the pages take forever to load.
