Well, you can pretty much be guaranteed that someone will win the MD raffle. After all, the Maryland Lottery stated that all prizes will be awarded.

they showed the first number for the raffle at 9:oclock tonight on WJZ. when and how they are going to do the rest who knows.

i expect by tomorrow they will have the numbers posted on their website. Also Todd will probably post them on this site as soon as the results are in.
