			<description><![CDATA[<p>The same thing happened in Ohio Rolling Cash5 six months ago,  06/01/06  -  23 31 32 36 38.   That was the only time it happened in 705 drawings but it was only one number from happening 30 other times, so if someone had wheeled and played the 13 numbers that had a three in them every drawings in this 5/39 game they would have matched two 277 times, matched  three 109 times, matched four 30 times and won the jackpot once.</p>]]></description>
