it's illegal to mail lottery tickets [Where have you been?] that covers that point.

They take a 1% ownership in the ticket to get around that legal hurdle, if you don't like that 1% ownership then don't contract with them, pure plain and simple.

Yes , I see the posts saying they are the a legit company .

But still that doesn't answer my question, why can't they just Mail the Tickets to us before the drawing.... an enevlope and stamp costs 35 cents, and I can check my number for myself,

I Don't need them to verify it .... get my issue..

why don't they just mail us the tickets before the drawing ?

REad the FAQ, if you win , you have to PAY them 1 % ....even though they are already charging your 1 dollar more for a ticket..

is there any one out there who is more legit , and will mail out the tickets right away ! I want to try the texas lotto, but have no connections in Texas
