			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey, Badger!  I guess I should have phrased my inquiry differently.  What I meant to ask is if anybody knew a state where the number was  hot,  and had a good chance of hitting based on followers, rundowns, etc.  It&#x27;s dead here in FL, so was looking to widen the pool a bit.  Wasn&#x27;t looking for an exact prediction, I know that&#x27;s impossible.</p>]]></description>
