390 keeps popping up in my workouts in Minnesota if you play that state!!

Hey, Badger! I guess I should have phrased my inquiry differently. What I meant to ask is if anybody knew a state where the number was hot, and had a good chance of hitting based on followers, rundowns, etc. It's dead here in FL, so was looking to widen the pool a bit. Wasn't looking for an exact prediction, I know that's impossible.

Hoo boy, Stavros. If someone actually knew that, they'd be able to crack the lottery. It's not picking the numbers that is the secret, because they will all fall somewhere. The secret that keeps the lottery from being cracked is knowing where and when.....

This is an unusual question. I have been eyeing 039 for a while now, but it doesn't seem in the cards for my regular plays. Anybody have an idea which state may be hot for this
