But, what system would you use to eliminate digits? Working with hot /cold digits, even/odds has not worked well for me. FL just doesn't seem to play by the rules

Hope this question has not been asked before. If I can eliminate 4 numbers from showing up in the pick 3 can I devise a winning system? Or do I need to elminate more numbers to be profitable. Thanks anyone.
