I downloaded and installed Netscape. I'm having the same problems. The problem is on your end.

My daughter can log on with no problems using the same computer, same web browsers (I used Firefox and IE), same internet connection, with or without the firewall on. If everything is the same how could it be my PC

As I also told you in private e-mail, there is nothing wrong with your membership, it is something on your PC, possibly related to your Web browser and/or cookies. Try a different web browser.

I am sorry I had to contact you this way. I am still having problems with the site. I seem be intermittantly dropping in and out of being logged in. I have no access to my private mail. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't post. My cookies are enabled and my daughter registered and she has no problems at all. Same computer, same browser, same everything. Please help.
