If you're talking about the odds of hitting 4 out of the 5 numbers in one line...

There are 250 possible lines that will match exactly 4 out of 5 of the white balls in any drawing. A random line has a 1 in 13,915 chance of matching exactly 4 out of 5.

This has nothing to do with the red powerball.

Huh? Anyway i had an idea for guesser.....you started a Thread but mabey dropped it. But I had an idea. Why not start a deal where everyone who wanted to paticipate picks one simple little number only, in Powerball, in the white balls only, and instead of how, why, and so-forth, just give a number......we'll call it guessers-guess, and at the end of the year, or month or something who-ever got the most right, mabey Mr. Todd could put a gold star by their name, .....or something.
