			<description><![CDATA[<p>When Pick-6 Lotto went to its 6/49 matrix in 2000, it lengthened the annuity to 30 annual payments. Now I see the annuity has been shorted to 26 annual payments, and now players once again have to choose cash or annuity when they play, instead of after they win.<br /><br />Maybe Todd can do some research.</p>]]></description>
