			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey. Larry!  Welcome to the board!  I think you would have to call the Lottery Commission and ask them when they change the balls.  Does it make a difference?  Someone posted from Canada about this recently about the weight of the balls, the cost for them, etc.  It was a really interesting piece.  Not sure who/when it was posted, but you might want to do a search in the forums for it.</p>]]></description>
