AFAIK Pennsylvania gives only the (computerized) Daily 3 and 4 numbers over the phone. Does anybody have a non-900 number for all PA games

Not everyone has internet access all the time. People on the road for instance.

Or people who use public library computers, many of the library filters have anything to do with lottery blocked.

Gee that's chintzy if the state is doing it. Some betting or info service you could almost unsdertand, but the state? Letting people buy a ticket and then charging them to see if the won? Pretty bush leage move.

Illinois has an 800 number, hope they don't get ideas from NJ.

Does anyone know of a non-900 phone number (which otherwise doesn't seem to be common anymore) where you can get the latest New Jersey Lottery numbers? The NJ Lottery has a 900 number that costs 99c/minute.
