			<description><![CDATA[<p>littlemanjen...a state is either a member of Powerball or Mega Millions.  Georgia was once a member of Powerball but dropped out a few years ago to form/join The Big Game, which became Mega Millions.<br /><br />I do not know if this single membership is a policy of these organizations or just the way it has played out to this point.  Most likely a state has to choose between Powerball and Mega Millions.</p>]]></description>
