I don't think there's any big conspiracy going on, because usually it's for your personal protection when a bank mails you a new card.

or your bank received a list of online betting sites that will be automatically blocked by the new cards..just food for thought..may be nothing..may be everything..lol

if everybody starts getting new debit cards then you know what they are up to..trying to wipe out old debit information making those accounts inactive!!!..That way you will have to submit new information and the online betting sites are not taking any new information are they?..
