I dont live in Illinois but I would like to ask a question and maybe someone that lives there and knows the lottery there could give a partial answer..If they sell the rights to Illinois's Lottery to a group of individuals..or a company of some kind for a lump sum, will the Individuals make Money or lose money over the 75 years?..I have no idea how much money the Illinois lottery generates for a fiscal year.
