I would think so,CoinToss. No matter where you choose to live or what you choose to buy the word UPKEEP always comes to my mind. Some sort of budget will always have to be in place if you are expecting these millions to last through the rest of your life. Inflation also would have to be taken into consideration. A million dollars isn't what it used to be. And in Monterey,it CERTAINLY isn't what it used to be,heehee.

Coin Toss, Those places I mentioned are some of the places I've been. Russia and Ukraine ( formally Russia ) are quite nice and things don't cost much. The people I met were all nice as well. Can't say alot for the Russian Mafia or the Government but the average folks are just like anyone else. I wouldn't go to live just visit again.

Nothing like waking up with the waves crashing just outside and that cool breeze. My second choice would be anywhere it's cool because I hate the hot weather too

I would continue to live in my home of residence, but I would definetly do some traveling and would probally have a winter home somewhere because it is so damn cold in Alaska. I always wanted to go to Hawaii or Mexico, and the Caribean or Central America would be nice. Then I would definetly like to go down to M.I.A.M.I. But Money Is a Major Issue!!!!!!! As usual Just holding on like a hub cap in the fast lane. I sure would like to start planning if my numbers hit Saturday
