			<description><![CDATA[<p>Assuming afternoon and evening draws use the same equipment, why keep them separate unless perhaps you think the time of a drawing affects the outcome? The equipment doesn&#x27;t know what time it is, so whether it&#x27;s two draws a day for n days or 1 draw daily for 2n days the data will consist of 2n samples.<br /><br />In reality, different draws will use different balls and/or machines, but you won&#x27;t know ahead of time which ones will be used.
