Yes, the Illinois pick 5, with 28 tickets, although, I did not play my winning ticket. I havent played that game since....lol But, when I do, Ill be 10x better and smarter about it. However, the odds have changed in that state and I dont live there anymore. My current state has better odds than IL. IL broke my heart with that change

Taking taxes out of the ticket price may or may not be a good thing, depending on how much tax and which prize you win. Taking tax out of ticket sales is just one more expense that will reduce the amount of money that goes to prizes. What's the difference between a pre-tax prize of $5 million that nets $3 million and a prize of $3 million? It sounds the same to me. There's certainly an advantage to the government in taking tax out of the ticket price, though. That way they get to collect a tax o... [ More ]

I believe Illinois game Little Lotto is one of the best. 5/39 which starts

at 100,000 and rolls daily, if no jackpot winner. I have seen it get as high

as 1,000,000 before. Seems as though the jackpot gets hit every few days

or so for the most part so they are passing out that money . I almost

got me one with a 4 out of 5 once. Have had enough 3 out of 5 for it not to even

matter.... Powerball with that multiplyer feature is #1 to me, glad Indiana isnt

far away

I checked Other because it's the one that I win. Since I began buying lottery tickets, I've lived in MA, NH and traveled through other states, but I really just pay attention to the jackpots and the winning numbers. I wouldn't care if a game had plain white tickets, crappy advertising or had the most unattractive people on Earth draw the numbers if I won a million dollars. I just care about the odds and that the game is honest fair.

I have to go with the Au NSW 6/45 game with 2 bonus balls that improve your chance of winning not make it harder like mega and power balls. Tickets are 2 for a dollar and Au dollars cost a little less then U.S. dollars making it even cheaper and the tax is in the tickets not the prizes. Only problem I have with the game is no prize for 3#'s the prizes start at 3#'s plus a bonus ball, but pays about $15.00 Au. Wheels make a lot more sense when a 4if6in18number42combination wheel only costs $21... [ More ]
