They got a new show/series on either Abc, Nbc Or the other one i think is fox (they all look alike to me, if is not channel 7 is 8 or 10), called Numbers ...I don't know what is about yet but i've saw the comercial for it once on Tv...I think is coming, don 't know when. But i think they should have been showing it by now...I think i don't know but i think is about a guy(mathematician) who uses numbers to save people's lives or something like that...

I can see where a TV show would not last.

I'd like to see an investigative report show (not a series) like a 'Dateline', and I'd like to see ALL of the REAL numbers, I'd want to see the check, the banker when you go to initially deposit it, (OK, see the wire transfer after it hits your account), I'd like to see how you allocate it EXACTLY, how much taxes really are, how you manage it, how your 'people' manage it, I'd like to see all the mail you get from folks begging, all the phone calls you... there was a lottery movie with nicholas cage and isaac hayes called it could happen to you . it was based on a cop who didnt have enough money to tip the waitress and he told her whatever he won on the lottery he would split it half with her and if he didnt win anything he would still comeback and tip her big. he won and he kept his word and gave her half. it was based on a real story and i liked it better than lucky numbers . nbc also had a tv show about lottery winners but it only made it h... I see them one day doing a movie about a mathematicians or statistician trying to crack the lottery (or like with the help of a supercomputer)...(pi and beautiful mind style movies) specially if they go ahead and create the Global superlotto they are talking about...

Funny you mention this, because I actually did give permission for one of my sites -- USA Mega -- to appear in a movie recently. The movie is the Wayan's Brothers movie Little Man.

Supposedly the USA Mega logo (and possibly a Lottery Post logo) is somewhere in the convenience store scene near the beginning of the movie. I didn't mention it here because I couldn't find it in the scene (in the completed movie). I forgot to ask for a mention in the credits -- oh well.

Jee guesser ahahah ahaha you are right...It would be fun if they had several syndicates vying for the coveted prize in the movie...And yeah you are right too, A world lottery (gigantic in prize exceeding Megamillion's prize) would cause such hype...And yeah if it was computerized too...

Maybe someone could make an episode of CBS NUMBERS in which the FBI are asked to investigate a person of interest who has won several lottery jackpots recently and they call on the mathematician to figure how it's being done. During the show they expose many of the math theories that might be used to improve ones odds of winning.

Near the end the FBI figures out the drawings are a scam and the crooks doing it are also looking to bust this guy because he has hacked into their operations an... [ More ]

You mean the movie 'War Games'.

They cannot (or will not) mention 'Lottery Post' unless they get authorization to do so, in which case they would probably want Todd to pay them a million bucks, and then Todd would also have to multiply the infrastructure here to handle all of the hits the movie would cause.

Pumpi,you have so many ideas, are you getting these down on paper? Why don't you try writing a screenplay,do you know how? They are pretty simple to write and nowadays with the software they have available it puts it in the correct format for you. It's only 120 pages, that's the norm--one page equals one minute on the screen. If I were you, I'd give it a try!

And I agree, Michael Douglas would be PERFECT for the part

Or they can make a movie about a small kid (or an adult) that is so dangerous that he can't only win the lottery but he can crack anything with an RnG on it..LIke a smart genius that has studied mathematics or has spent time trying to figuring out the seeds of many RnG's thus been able to win the lottery (computerized drawings) and anything like banks security systems that use alarms based on a RnG, (like decriptions) Pentagon alarms, CIA, FBI, etc...A guy like this would be more dangerous than... I can't wait until they make a movie about a guy that uses a supercomputer to crack the lotto..This one should be play with michael douglas on it or something or make it like a science-fiction movie..What i'll love to hear in that movie is when the protagonist says that the lotto 6/49 has 14 million combinations but a supercomputer can do 500 billion (or a trillion) calculations per second..It would remind me of the movie the 13th Floor , which i like...

Brings to mind other boring movies like The Net or Hackers ,stavros! Anything computerish sounds dull on the big screen. But if they could make it in the fashion of the tv show 24 then maybe it would have a chance! Lots of computers and gadgetry but it leaves me breathless

Judging how poorly Lucky Numbers did at the theater I think it will some time before we see another lottery movie. They filmed part of that here in Sacramento, just 10 blocks from my house. It was supposed to take place in PA. when it's snowing and since there's no snow here they blew fake snow all over the streets,what a mess! It blew around for days afterwards. Don't know if someone have ask this before but it excites me..Do you see them making a new lottery movie in the next 5 years..The only lottery movie i've seen is Lucky Numbers with John Travolta, but i don't like it..I wish they make a new lottery movie with the style of Ocean 11 12 but instead of trying to break a casino they would try to break the lottery with a hot system.... Another movie they can style it after is Smoking Aces with ben afleck.....
