Hey, I totally agree with both you and DD. It's not healthful for anyone to starve herself. I've always been thin and live vicariously through the women on the Olympic soccer team! LOL I am in awe when I see women athletes competing. Anna Nicole wasn't one of my heroes to say the least.

If you read my comment again, I never mentioned her weight. If you go through my 1,400+ posts I doubt if you'll ever find a critical comment about another woman's looks, unless we're talking about style... [ More ]

She looked pretty good on glossy paper, but that was about it. In the real world it looks like she never stepped up above being trailer trash. Whatever demons she may have had in her past can count for those who knew her personally, but her public life was mostly a train wreck that only needs to serve as a lesson. She won a different kind of lottery and threw it all away even better than Jack Whitaker.

i've never had a problem with thin women.but i'll be honest sometimes having a lil thickness makes things better.these rail thin 80 pound models look sick and thats not good for girls to try and emulate.being healthy and voluptuous never hurts.....

This is a sad story. Losing a son i can't imagine. My middle son went to Iraq a week ago, that was hard enough. This is a perfect example, I know most will agree, good health out weighs all the money in the world. God Bless her family. Joe

Think it is Trim Spa. There was a recent lawsuit claiming they falsified information. That was her latest battle after losing her son and the paternity suit for her baby girl.

It's sad when anyone dies. We often hear about celebrities partying and overdosing on drugs and booze, but so do a lot of ordinary folks. They just don't make the front page news. I was sad when River Phoenix died...only 23. What a waste of talent.

No, you're not dumb at all! If you Google her name, you'll find lots of articles about her. But don't feel as if you've missed too much. I think quite a few prior posts mentioned her....

My heart goes out to her family, and anyone else that has lost a loved one.

If it was indeed suicide, I real long ago 'Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem' for the most part, it fits here. If I had a healthy child I just wouldn't have it in me to leave that child alone on earth, I couldn't do it.

This is very sad- I was at the Hardrock in Hollywood when they took someone out on a stretcher., it was VERY low key- no one really paid attention people were on the slots, dancing to the band in the lounge and this stretcher emerges from the elevator- I did not know until about 2 hours later who it was or what happened- if you were on the Casino floor itself you would'nt havew known a thing

I am very sad about Anna Nicole's death,,,,,,,I think that she was beautiful. My heart goes out to her when I think about her son, I can't imagine how she was feeling. I imagine it though: tramatic.

Since few of us really knew her but only knew what the tabloids and media wanted to exploit. My consensus is, she lost her son, and no person has the right to stand in judgement when such a loss is unimaginable. She may be at peace but sadly even in death she shall still be exploited and have rumours manifested.

Yes, true. However, we don't know much about her childhood or her first marriage. I'm not making excuses for her actions, but she might have had demons we don't know about, and that drove her to live her life like a bad soap opera.

(although nothing in the world, even facing poverty, could get me to do some of the things she did, especially marrying that 89 year old man who looked dead when he was alive. maybe I'm the fool

Terribly,Terribly sad...but not suprising. It seemed every time you seen her in any interview,she was always flying high.

So Marilyn Monroe eerie...I wish Howard had gotten her some help. I thought when she became pregnant that she would have gotten off all prescription meds,but even right after the birth of her daughter she always seemed drugged...Again..so sad...
