I wonder if Maryland ever considered joining MUSL before the Big Game began in 1996. Maryland might have Hot Lotto (sold in neighboring DC and West Virginia) if it went with Powerball.

I remember the Maryland Lottery at least considering a gimmick where they would give away Powerball tickets as a promotion. I'm not sure if it ever happened, or the logistics that would have been involved.

Certainly not Maryland. We can't seem to hit the broad side of a barn here. When I review the stats every Tuesday/Friday, I'm amazed about the fact that it is even rare to see a $10,000 winner here. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

it is definitely not going to be won here? puerto rico , alaska, hawaii don't have mega. someone may win if they are visiting from one of those state to a mega million state.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico don't have the MegaMillions, so if anyone from those areas win anything they will have bought their tickets from one of the twelve states that offer the game.
