The hardest states to win in are the less populated states, like mine. South Dakota. If you can't pick em you won't win em here.

Delaware.... if you don't believe me play for a month and see for yourself. I can go for (2) to (3) years and not hit for even (40) dollars and I play all types of numbers. For example I can play (50) fifty dollars worth of numbers a day and not the same numbers for instance, I play 020,222,111,979,825,826,915,1995,1161,6699,0493,3333,2222,4538,6635,8835,2240,1979,3334,7070,8888,3398,427,2640,1659,1655,333, and that's just a few I could go on and on. South Carolina!

The lottery players in SC have spent a fortune playing triples since December 06. They won't play any triples, nor hundreds and we have not ever had quads!!! Lots of folks in SC have stopped playing because you will go broke trying to figure out a winning system.
