The blank ball will only be in position three during the promotion.

They could have the blank ball payout only once per month. When the blank ball drops in position three thats it for the month.

What happens if the blank ball comes in first or second position, or will they put in blank ball after first two numbers are drawn

Does this mean that if the 3rd ball drawn is blank that anyone who has the first 2 balls right automatically win a straight or box on the pick 3? If so then NO state will go for that because they would lose too much money. ex. if I played 123 and 213 str/bx and the number drawn was 1-2-blank I'de win str/bx on the 123 and box win on the 213???

In chamber number 3 add an 11th ball that is blank.

Pick your thee numbers get the first 2 numbers exact or box and if the blank ball is drawn in position three you win prize played for.

They can have various time spans for the month for the promotion
