I play any game I can have a chance to come away with at least $1M in cash after taxes. I usually will buy a couple more tickets when the MM, PB, or state lotto jackpots are higher, but I figure that even if I happen to win when MM is at $12M (or $7M cash value), that is still $7M more than I had to begin with. The one thing that I don't get are the people who enter into 20+ lottery pools...like the Sargentos factory workers who each took home less than $1M from an annuitized jackpot of over... [ More ]

I haven't been playing for years due to the low jackpots. It would be nice if it could finally break the $100 million cash level but that may be asking to much. I don't know why people wouldn't play for low jackpots if they were into such things since it's always hit at a low level.

I quit when I read that the 75 million dollar powerball jackpot won in NC, in reality, is a 24 million dollar payday. This women beat the odds to win, and gets less than a third of the jackpot. It's no wonder people are quiting.

I'm still upset about Illiinois' Pick 5 game going from 5/ 30 to 5 /39, so you don't have to ask me about expanded matrixes for PB and MM.

I remember the media hype about here comes California (MM) and potential $500,000,000 jackpots. File that under Once upon a time...
