This means, at least to me, that there is a 99% likelihood that the payout percentage in NY Blotto will continue to be 40%, and will also be 40% in Blotto Extra despite having a $2 minimum.

Just over 11k each to four 5+/6 winners Saturday night. The 5/6 prize was too low to be taxable (in fact in the normal range of Take Five second prizes.) 4/6 was only $10.

The NY Blotto payout will continue to be 40% even with the coming NY Blotto Extra ($2) option.
