			<description><![CDATA[<p>I did not memorize all the expected payouts, but I know that the 5/6 and 4/6 payouts (without either bonus ball) in Blotto Extra will be approximately double than that in regular Blotto. This means, at least to me, that there is a 99% likelihood that the payout percentage in NY Blotto will continue to be 40%, and will also be 40% in Blotto Extra despite having a $2 minimum.</p>]]></description>

The 5/6 prize was too low to be  taxable  (in fact in the normal range of Take Five second prizes.) 4/6 was only $10.<br /><br />The NY Blotto payout will continue to be 40% even with the coming NY Blotto Extra ($2) option.</p>]]></description>
